DJDEEMO.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY MAKING ANY PURCHASE ON DJDEEMO.COM, YOU ACKNOLWEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING:

ALL ORDERS PLACED ON DJDEEMO.COM MUST HAVE A CORRESPONDING TWITCH USERNAME AND THAT USER MUST CONFIRM THEY ARE PRESENT FOR THEIR ORDER IN THE CHAT ROOM OF THE LIVE STREAM. 

ALL ORDERS PLACED WILL ENTER INTO A QUEUE THAT WILL BE WORKED ON LIVE ON STREAM. THE STREAM IS LIVE 40+ HOURS A WEEK ON AVERAGE.

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at deemo.ttv@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Chargebacks:

By purchasing from DJDEEMO.COM you understand and agree that you are the rightful owner of the funds being used to purchase any product on the site. Any individual who initiates a chargeback for completed or fulfilled orders will be disputed. All actions and communications on the live stream will be recorded.

Shipping:

Shipments may take 1-7 business days to ship. Please refer to the following break down for shipping: 

- $8 shipping charge for domestic US packages

- $12 shipping charge for domestic US packages (Bulk is allowed)

- $20* shipping charge for domestic US packages of high value or high weight (*weight limit - price subject to change)

- $30 flat shipping charge for international packages. If the cost of the shipment exceeds $30 then the initial payment will be applied to total balance due for the international shipment. 

- Shipping is available for purchase with your live break order OR later when you decide to ship. 

- I WILL ONLY HOLD YOUR ORDERS FOR 90 DAYS! AFTER 90 DAYS THE CARDS WILL BE RECYCLED INTO A GIVEAWAY! MAKE SURE TO GET SHIPPING WITHIN 90 DAYS OF YOUR LAST PURCHASE.
